Mr. Justin Shirima is Marketer, Businessman and an Entrepreneur who carries in a reach experience in Management and Corporate Governance. He has worked in various capacities at different sectors in Tanzania including Banking, Engineering Companies, Government, Training, Consulting and he is he sits in a number of Boards. Mr Justin Shirima holds Bachelor in Business Administration (Marketing) from Mzumbe University, Masters in Entrepreneurship and Enterprise Development University of Dar es Salaam, and he is currently training on Postgraduate Diploma in Leadership a joint program with Uongozi Institute and Aalto University in Finland. Mr Justin Shirima is a registered Member of UK Chartered Institute of Marketers (CIM-MCIM) and a trained and certified Director holding Mastery in Directorship by the Institute of Directors in Tanzania (IoDT). He is currently the Managing Directors and CEO of Tanganyika Farmers’ Association Plc. He joined TFA Plc in 2015 and successful lead the Sales and Marketing before he was appointed to Managing Director and CEO position in 2017 the role he is serving to date. Mr Justin Shirima has received an award among 1000 African Entrepreneurs with best ideas for finance by Tony Elumelu Foundation in Lagos early 2015. He is well known for his capacity to provide leadership in business. He is also a farmer who during his private time he spend time in farming and he brings in TFA Plc the farming experience of Tanzania farming community. He provides a role model in improving farmers’ life and farming practices.

FINANCE & ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGER Mr. Rogasian Kimaryo is a registered Fellow Certified Public Accountant with the National Board of Accountants and Auditors. He has over 25 years working experience in the accounting, Finance and Auditing profession working with various organisations, consultancy firms and international NGO\'s in different capacities. Mr Kimaryo joined TFA in July 2007.

Ms. Pendo Jacob is an Advocate of the High Court and the Courts Subordinate thereto other than Primary Courts and hold Postgraduate Diploma in Financial Management, Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice, Bachelor of Laws and Certificate of Proficiency in Insurance. She has over 9 years working experience in Corporate Law working with various organizations.

Mr.Elibariki Kivuyo is a holder in Bachelor of Accounting and Finance with Information Technology (BAFIT), from Ruaha University College (RUCO) Iringa region in Tanzania. Also he was registered with NBAA since 2018 (CPA) He has extensive knowledge on audit (both routine and non-routine audit), accounts (reconciliation and other duties), finance and Information Technology(computer applications). He joined TFA in January 2017 in the position of Assistant Internal Auditor, which he served for 3 years

Mr. Evarist Kauki
Mr. Evarist Kauki, joined the staff of TFA PLC in 2009. He has served at the Auditing department, Finance department and currently at Property department where he has continues to serve as Senior Accounts Officer for over 10 years. He holds an Advanced Diploma in Accountancy and a Post Graduate Diploma in Accountancy from CBA and AIA respectively.Also he has attended a number of courses both locally and internationally. He is a shopping Centre Administrator and Acting as Estate Manager of Tanganyika Farmers’ Association Plc.

Holder in Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Economics and Agribusiness (Bsc AEA), from Sokoine University of Agriculture (SUA) Morogoro. He has extensive knowledge on agricultural input business management, and community development gathered in past 13 years. He joined TFA in October 2010 in the position of Branch Manager, which he served for 4 year, thereafter promoted to position of Zonal Sales Manager for Northern zone.
