INVITATION FOR BIDS
TENDER FOR PROVISION OF VARIOUS SERVICES TO TFA PLC FOR THE FINANCIAL YEAR 2019/2020
Tanganyika Farmers’ Association Plc invites interested bidders to submit their bids for provision of various services as follows;
PROVISION OF VARIOUS SERVICES
- Security Services for TFA Head Office and TFA Shopping Centre.
- Cleaning Services for TFA Head Office and TFA Shopping Centre.
- Debt Collection Services for TFA PLC.
- Legal Services. Outsourcing specific assignment when required by TFA PLC to a reputable law firm.
A: Each bidder for service provider must submit the following information.
- Firm / Company profile.
- Three (3) years working experience with similar service.
- CVs of key staff.
- Proof of statutory or legal authorization to provide services advertised.
- Current Tax Clearance Certificate.
- Proof of EFD Machine.
- Anti Bribery and Corruption Policy.
- Quotation for the provision of the services.
B: The deadline for submission of bids will be on 15th November 2019 at 12:00hrs. Bids will be opened in public on 15th November 2019 at 13:00hrs in the TFA Boardroom in the presence of the bidders or their dully appointed representatives who may attend.
C: Bids not received and opened in public at the bid ceremony shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of circumstances.
D: TFA PLC tender committee is NOT bound to accept the lowest bid.
E: Bidders may enquire further information from the following:-

- TFA Head Office located along Fire Road, Arusha from Monday to Friday 08:00 – 17:00hrs.
F: Bids should be delivered in SEALED envelopes and MARKED PROVISION OF VARIOUS SERVICES ADDRESSED TO;
