Mr. Justin Shirima is Marketer, Businessman and an Entrepreneur who carries in a reach experience in Management and Corporate Governance. He has worked in various capacities at different sectors in Tanzania including Banking, Engineering Companies, Government, Training, Consulting and he is he sits in a number of Boards.

Mr Justin Shirima holds Bachelor in Business Administration (Marketing) from Mzumbe University, Masters in Entrepreneurship and Enterprise Development University of Dar es Salaam, and he is currently training on Postgraduate Diploma in Leadership a joint program with Uongozi Institute and Aalto University in Finland.

Mr Justin Shirima is a registered Member of UK Chartered Institute of Marketers (CIM-MCIM) and a trained and certified Director holding Mastery in Directorship by the Institute of Directors in Tanzania (IoDT).

He is currently the Managing Directors and CEO of Tanganyika Farmers ‘Association Plc. He joined TFA Plc in 2015 and successful lead the Sales and Marketing before he was appointed to Managing Director and CEO position in 2017 the role he is serving to date.

Mr Justin Shirima has received an award among 1000 African Entrepreneurs with best ideas for finance by Tony Elumelu Foundation in Lagos early 2015. He is well known for his capacity to provide leadership in business.

He is also a farmer who during his private time he spend time in farming and he brings in TFA Plc the farming experience of Tanzania farming community. He provides a role model in improving farmers’ life and farming practices.
